The old town is around 2 km away, and the Palais des Festivals is about 3 km away.
A bus stop is located approximately 400 meters from the property. The 35 m² apartment features a 10 m² terrace.
It includes a living/dining room with kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, smart TV, fridge-freezer with 0-degree zone, sofa bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a bedroom, and a children’s room with bunk bed. The apartment also has air conditioning. An underground parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is included. Wunderschöner Pool mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Schöne Parkanlage. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle Lage für Unternehmungen.
Sehr kleines Kinderzimmer mit engen Stockbetten. Die vielen Hunde in der Anlage. Das Gemeinschaftseigentum (Garage, Gehwege, etc.) ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Gute Ausstattung.
Die Schiebetür war so schwer zu schieben, dass ich sie immer auf/zumachen musste. Meine Mutter (78 Jahre) konnte das nicht. Am letzten Tag ist dann die Elektrik ausgefallen und wir mussten umziehen. Bescheidenes Ende eines eigentlich schönen Urlaubs.
