To encourage energy savings, electricity consumption is measured in winter and charged at the end of your stay. Rental conditions: - Parties (Christmas or New Year’s) are not allowed due to proximity to other guests and neighbors - Bed linen and towels: available for an extra fee on request - Mandatory cleaning included - Pets not allowed The apartment is new and offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) with a 200x200 duvet.
The living room includes a sofa bed (140 cm). Enjoy a 25 m² terrace for outdoor relaxation.

la situation géographique proche du centre ville. L’accès extérieur.

Le logement est conforme à la description. Il est bien placé pour aller à pied au centre de Laruns et pour rejoindre les départs de randonnée en voiture.
L’environnement autour du logement ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse : deux petits immeubles dont les balcons donnent sur la terrasse et une centrale électrique de l’autre côté de la rue qui produit un ronronnement constant.

Ce logement est sûrement plus agréable l’hiver où l’extérieur n’a pas d’importance.
