The location was perfect and the apartment held its old charm. There are opportunities for improvements to the cleanliness of the apartment. We also reported a small leak that extending from the shower to the toilet room when the shower was running. This leak should be checked into because it may also be a cause for the mildew smell from that area. The rooms and apartment were sufficient.
