The open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the cozy gallery, a comfortable sofa bed provides space for up to two additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious south-facing terrace with lake view complete the offer.

This modern semi-detached house, newly built in 2025 with a large garden, sits by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the shore only by a pedestrian and bike path.

Our vacation homes are located right on the shore of Lake Goitzsche, in the center of Pouch, yet in a quiet area without through traffic. The location is perfect for long walks, varied bike tours, or a range of water sports.
A supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance, perfect for daily needs.
Boats can be launched into the water via the public slipway about 100 meters away.
