Sehr gastfreundlich, gute Kommunikation, für jede Anregung offen. Bei Problemen wie z. B. Ausfall einer Klimaanlage wird sich sofort gekümmert. Tägliche Poolreinigung.
Die eine oder andere Matratze ist durchgelegen, Mobiliar aussen top, innen könnte man nachbessern.
Wer aber schon mal in Italien Urlaub gemacht hat weiß, dass in Italien der Pragmatismus im Vordergrund steht, und nicht die Optik, es gab also keinen Grund sich zu beschweren.
