Logement sur plusieurs plateforme donc l'hôtel ne sachant pas gérer un planning se retrouve avec des doublons de réservation sur des mêmes dates. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seul pour trouver un autre logement 2 jours avant nos dates prévues,en plein mois d'août. Aucune assistance holidu, numéro ne répond jamais et réponses de message faite par IA.
