At Chantal HERAUDEAU’s guesthouse in Ars-en-Ré, enjoy a garden (direct access only for the "le studio" room), a shared kitchen, and a bike storage area with outlets for electric bikes.
Charging stations for electric vehicles are available nearby in the barn parking lot (300 m). The beach is close, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Set in a family home in the heart of the village, you’re just steps from shops and the port.
Your booking includes everything: sheets, towels, cleaning, and breakfast.
On the ground floor, a self-service breakfast area awaits you. Bike rentals are 50 m away. Eight shared parking spots are available 150 m from the house.

Accueil agréable.
Nous avons eu un petit appartement avec cuisine équipée et grande sdb.
La soirée sur la terrasse dans le jardin était très agréable.
