This family-friendly home is just 200 meters from all amenities: a well-stocked grocery store, butcher, bakery, hair salon, several restaurants, a post office with ATM, a large free parking lot with electric car charging 500 meters away, and a second blue zone parking area. The house is quiet and offers its own free private parking for one vehicle right at the entrance.
Ideally located in the "Golden Triangle," it sits among the five iconic castles of the Périgord Noir and is close to major sites like Sarlat (10 minutes away), Rocamadour, Padirac Cave, the Lascaux caves, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, all about an hour’s drive. I am available and attentive to your needs.
