This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos Remédios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal. Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. A comfy stay in a historic neighbourhood Location, cleanliness and proximity to excellent restaurants.
The elevated level of the property is accessed by several sets of stairs, as is the Alfama area, so pack comfy shoes and a decent level of fitness.

: Central location, nice terrace and chill area outside. Cosy and big appartment.
Parking area is a bit far, but for us was not a problem to walk for those 5-10min (it is possible to come close to appartment and leave the luggage)

We would book the flat again. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room. The location is excellent, with a magnificent view of the Pantheon from the terrace. The bathroom and toilet are very small and far from the bedroom. There is a slight smell of sewage in the kitchen and bathroom.
