Apartment 4 has two double bedrooms with TVs. There’s a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and sitting area with gas fire, and conservatory with a balcony. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There’s a public car park. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
