The bedrooms include a double with TV and Jack‑and‑Jill access to the shower room, and a 2’6” twin. The Jack‑and‑Jill shower room has a walk‑in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Gas central heating and gas fire. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is off‑road parking for 2 cars and decking with furniture and a hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Though the property is single‑storey, there are steps up to the decking.
