Manor Farm House consists of a kitchen with an electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining room with a dining seating for eight and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, king-size and twin, serviced by a bathroom. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom. Off-road parking for two cars. Kindly do not charge your electric vehicles at the property as this will invalidate any property insurance. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravel and picnic bench (accessed by leaving property through the front door and entering into the garden via side gate). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles.
