A quaint barn conversion, Butterton Cottage is a lovely two-bedroom stone cottage located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the outskirts of Combe Raleigh, Devon.
Set in the Blackdown Hills, with rolling countryside and green fields to wander, this is a lovely place for friends and family to escape to the countryside to enjoy peace and tranquillity and recharge.
Close to the amenities of Honiton and around 12 miles to the coast, the location is ideal for exploring East Devon and the popular Jurassic Coast.
Situated within a small farmstead on a 300-acre working farm, the cottage is approached via a long farm track, where you will arrive to find two allocated parking spaces.
The open-plan living space has a charming rustic feel with character ceiling beams and comfortable furnishings.
The kitchen, although compact, offers everything needed for creating meals which can be enjoyed together around the farmhouse-style table and chairs.
When it is time to rest your head, the two bedrooms, a spacious king-size and a smaller twin bedroom are located on the first floor and both enjoy a delightful rural outlook.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC, and is also located on this floor, providing the option of a quick freshen up or a soothing soak after a day out.
