There’s a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s a living/dining room with a Smart TV. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are availalbe upon request and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and river 0.1 miles. Enjoy an unforgettable getaway to Mid Wales at 1 Penporth. Easy access to Elan Valley with reservoir, 4 dams, visitor centre, cycling routes. Note: The property is accessed and bordered with a shared driveway with the holiday home next door, please be conscious of other guests. Note: There is no garden at this property when booked separately to the neighbouring property. Note: The property is in a residential area, please do keep noise to a minimum after 10.30pm.
