There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box) coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. Shared porch with the main house, but separate lockable main door. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a non-enclosed front patio garden, and ample parking. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.1 miles, pub 1.5 miles.
