Mill Cottage, a three-storey home consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and an electric fire, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size TV, and a king-size, along with a shower room. Lawned front garden with bench with access is over a driveway. Small enclosed back garden overlooking the river Noe with garden furniture, note there is no direct access as there is no back door to the cottage. Driveway parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There are steps up to the property, please take care. Note: There are steps down to the cellar from the exterior.
