Located on the fifth floor with lift, you'll find all the comforts you need: close to tourist attractions, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony, Wi-Fi...

The flat has a bathroom with bath and WC, a kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room with sofa and television, and a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

Linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

Keys are to be collected from our agency, Bnb Groom Services. We can also arrange for you to collect the keys on site, depending on your arrival time and our availability. Please do not hesitate to share your arrival details with us as soon as possible.

We will be available to advise you before and during your stay, contactable by phone or email to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible.


The area


The flat is located on the seafront on the corner of the famous Promenade des Anglais. Cross the street and you arrive on the beach.

Many shops are nearby (bakery, banks, restaurants etc) including a supermarket 400m from the flat.

Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 30 minutes and you'll arrive in the city centre, also close to Vieux-Nice, the city's lively historic quarter, Place Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin with all its shops. You can also reach all these must-see places by tram; the Fabron stop is right next to the flat.


Getting around


The flat can be reached from the airport by tram: take line 2 towards Port Lympia and stop at the Fabron stop. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and the stop is located opposite the flat.

You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.

The Nice-Ville SNCF train station is 2km away, allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton and Italy easily.

You can also come to Nice by car and park in one of the city's many public car parks. The Regency car park is 250m away.



IMPORTANT - INTERNAL RULES

For security reasons, prior to arrival an online check-in must be completed via our Yaago application in which the person responsible for the booking must provide their ID.


The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of repair, with respect for the premises, the neighbours and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.


Parties and parties are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside.


Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
