MIKELUNA is a recently renovated Basque farmhouse located on the heights of the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, facing the mountains.
It includes two gîtes and a year-round rental.
The HARRIA gîte is located on the upper floor, spread over two levels and has a separate entrance.
It comprises:
- a living room with a lounge area, a living room, and an open-plan equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- a pantry (fridge-freezer, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- a shower room
- a toilet
On the 2nd floor:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room
- a toilet
- a relaxation area
The comfort of underfloor heating with a heat pump is included. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the Basque Country hills.
Covered parking is available in front of the house.
The cottage is located 1.9 km from the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, a lively little town with shops, summer entertainment, and more.
The St Pée-sur-Nivelle lake, 4.5 km from the cottage, offers numerous activities: aquazone, canoeing, pedal boats, treetop adventure park, and more.
MIKELUNA is ideally located for exploring the Basque Coast and the surrounding area. Espelette is 9 km away, Sare and the Rhune train are 11 km away, Ainhoa is 13 km away, and St Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz and the beaches are 15 km away.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Le gîte est superbement rénové et très confortable.Nous voyagions avec un tout petit et Maïtena a fait en sorte que le gîte soit equipé ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. Acceuil chaleureux et recommentations de visites au alentours, nous espérons revenir vite.

Difficile de trouver mieux. Accueil et logement au top.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, prévenants et disponibles. Le gîte quant à lui est tout à la fois confortable, bien équipé et a un charme fou.Nous avons passé en famille les fêtes de fin d'année dans un environnement très agréable. Nous reviendrons...
