Hello and Welcome to Haus Lassen, a guesthouse with historical charm, whose origins date back to 1890.
This unique property was once built by the captain himself for his daughter and has become one of the most popular lodging houses on Sylt.
Haus Lassen tells stories of past times and present the spirit of seafaring, which is reflected in every detail. The loving restoration has helped to preserve the character of the original building while incorporating modern comforts.
Our guesthouse invites you to experience the beauty of Sylt in all its facets.
From here you can easily reach the beautiful beaches, explore the island's charming villages or let yourself be enchanted by the North Sea breeze. We warmly welcome you to experience the history and magic of Haus Lassen.

There's actually no such thing on the island anymore: a guesthouse straight out of a picture book, from the time of the great captains, from the era of the tender beginnings of tourism.
Our captain's house, the "Pension Lassen", has been a lodging house since the 18th century. So it's logical that our 19 single rooms, double rooms and family suites are all real individualists.
However, they have many loving, small details in common that refer to the history of the house.
Ongoing renovations, an in-house parking space, a heart for solo travelers, uncomplicated service from breakfast to the family room with a fold-out sofa bed and a good price-performance ratio are a matter of course for us. Maybe it's also because this establishment has such a loyal fan base of regular guests.
It is therefore advisable to book early if you also want to be one of them. Your Haus Lassen team Deposit of 20% upon completion of booking.
Please pay the remaining amount 14 days before arrival.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive further confirmation from Haus Lassen.
All account details are there. When is arrival possible? Arrival is possible at any time during our opening hours. Opening hours: We are open all year round Monday to Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00. When are the rooms ready for occupancy? The rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. (During peak times, the handover can also be postponed.) Can I arrive after opening hours? After our opening hours we will leave your key in the safe.
