Hello and welcome to the privately run Stockrosenhuus in the south of Westerland! Your accommodation is centrally located, about a five-minute walk from both the city (Friedrichstraße with pedestrian zone) and the train station, as well as the access points (Himmelsleiter) to the West Beach.
You will be staying in a quiet location, in the rear building on the property at Süderstraße.
If you plan to rent a room with us from late June to early August and are a garden lover, you will be thrilled by the wonderful blooms and colors of the hollyhocks that will be in bloom, alongside hydrangeas, roses, and marigolds in our nature-friendly garden.
The bright and spacious single and double rooms each have their own shower/WC, sitting area, TV, and Wi-Fi.
No kitchen, but daily dishware and cutlery service, a kettle, and a fridge in the room or shared in the hallway on the ground floor.
Daily room service is available upon request.
Including bedding package and towels, with welcome coffee or tea.
Our guesthouse is open this year from April 1 to October 10.
We offer you discounts in the off-peak season, for long-term stays, as well as for single occupancy in double rooms and charge extra fees for short-term stays.
Free parking at the house is only possible by arrangement with the other guests.
The three parking spaces are located on our property in a line, so it may be necessary to maneuver back and forth.
Loading and unloading is allowed in any case.
And there are plenty of public parking spaces available near our guesthouse.
Bicycles can be parked securely outdoors.
Non-smoking house, a smoking area is set up in the garden.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Almost all rooms offer a view of our lovingly designed garden, which blooms profusely in the summer.
Please let us know the first and last name as well as the respective birth dates of all arriving persons by email after booking for faster and smoother processing.
We also need this information for the issuance of the guest cards, which you will receive on-site and pay for separately.
Check-in is generally possible from 3 PM at the earliest.
We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your planned arrival time at least one day before your arrival.
If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage with us or check into your room early if it has already been cleaned.
Information about the spa tax/guest card: The local spa tax is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately by your hostess.
You will receive the key directly upon arrival at Süderstraße 12, 25980 Sylt/Westerland.

We offer you two payment methods: - by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival or - only in cash directly on the day of arrival.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; afterward, 80 percent of the accommodation price will be due unless we can re-rent the room to another guest.
We recommend travel insurance that covers your costs in case of cancellation or shortening.
The local tourist tax is not included in the room price and must be paid in cash to the landlord upon arrival.
Please provide us with the first and last names and date of birth of all arriving guests via email after the booking for a faster and smoother processing.

Ich bin bereits das zweite Mal im Stockrosenhus in Westerland und wieder absolut begeistert! Die Vermieter sind super herzlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem mitten in Westerland – also perfekt zentral! Alles ist sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! 🌸
