The property is simply and functionally furnished, has step-free access, and does not include a TV. A baby cot can be provided on request.

The terrace is enclosed with a waist-high iron fence.
If needed, a kennel can be set up at the bungalow, available for an extra fee. Events and parties are only allowed with prior agreement from the host. Local activities include cycling, hiking, walks, dining out (for example, at the Seeschenke restaurant in the Kimbucht holiday village), or a visit to Görlitz Zoo. Arrival is best by car. At departure, electricity and water are billed according to consumption.
