The well-equipped house opens onto a raised ground floor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob), a warm living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, offering a stunning view of the countryside. A master bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin), and separate WC complete this level. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, a bathroom and a second separate WC are at your disposal.

Outdoors
Outside, you will enjoy a private above-ground pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace (ladder access), secured by an alarm. Dimensions: 6x4 m, depth: 1.30 m, not heated.

It is the perfect starting point to explore the region: you can easily visit must-see sites such as the medieval city of Sarlat (25 km), the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, or the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac.
