- Upper floor: two bedrooms - one double with direct access to the balcony and one with two single beds - accompanied by a modern bathroom with shower.

Each unit has two private parking spaces: one covered by a carport and one uncovered.

Situated in a strategic position, Gardaliva by the Lake is located along the road that leads, in a few steps, to the main beach of Manerba del Garda. The area is perfect for evening strolls along the lakefront, enjoying a homemade ice-cream or dining in one of the many restaurants and pizzerias within easy walking distance.
