From the entrance there is access to a large living room: living room with leather sofa, smart TV large screen, dining area and equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a terrace facing north, quiet.
On the night side: - A master bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm), smart TV and ensuite shower room. - A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). - An independent shower room. - A separate toilet completes the set. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes station: 4 minutes walk.

AFFAIRS From the apartment, everything is easily discovered on foot: - Palais des Festivals: 2 minutes walk, privileged location for congresses and major events - Beaches of La Croisette: 3 minutes walk, deckchairs or hand towel, the sea gives you arms - Antibes Street: 3 minutes walk, for a shopping trip between luxury brands, designers and local shops - Forville Market: 8 minutes walk, fresh produce and Provencal specialities in an authentic atmosphere - Old Port and Suquet district: a 10-minute walk, for a sundown walk or a terrace dinner - La Croisette: 5 minutes walk, elegant walks between palaces, galleries and private beaches - Îles de Lérins: 12 minutes' walk away, for a nature getaway by boat to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat - Nautical activities: paddle, kayak, sea trip, accessible from nearby beaches PRACTICAL INFORMATION Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...) Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
