Outdoors
The approx. 130 m² house sits on a 1,500 m² plot and offers a small playground as well as two terraces—one with a wide view over the fields and the adjacent forest.
Two beach chairs for four people invite you to relax with this panorama.
There is no fixed children’s program, but the entire estate can be used as a playground.
House & grounds
Then our rustic country house is just right for you!
Location & surroundings
Located far from the hustle and bustle on a manor estate in the Ostheide, at the border to Wendland (Lüchow-Dannenberg), you can enjoy pure nature here.
Six children aged 3 to 12 live in neighboring houses, so your children can find playmates.
The area is perfect for long walks, cycling tours, and forest bathing in the private woods.
The region also offers a variety of cultural events: music festivals in Hitzacker, theater and concerts at Verdo, film and theater events in Lüchow, puppet theater in Dannenberg, and more.
Check local media for current events.

Die Ruhe und Natur pur.
Leider ist die Straße, hier der Bahnübergang am Anfang der Straße in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts für den Moment zu kritisieren.
