Dublin Airport is 1 hour away from the property and you may explore the city by means of bus or tram which are easily accessible and very convenient.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we will charge you for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The dining area can comfortably accommodate four people.
The kitchen is fitted with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The two bedrooms feature a UK queen-sized bed respectively.
The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The sofa also turns into a UK double-sized bed.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.
A Note for Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.
As it is located on the lower floors of the building, there may be some noise from the streets.

The area and apartment date back several centuries, which adds to the area’s charm but also means the plumbing systems can be quite old.
Because of this, the pipes are more delicate than in modern buildings.
To help us avoid blockages and keep everything running smoothly, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet — no wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or other items.
Even “flushable” wipes can cause major issues in older pipes.

Good location, very communicative and helpful, they allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived in the city and the day we returned to our destination. The house very comfortable and with everything you need for a good stay and the detail of leaving coffee capsules, thank you! Totally recommended.

The flat in un good position , easy to move around the city with bus and transport. The flat is cleaning. Not noise from other flats.
