Our sunny, quiet apartment (66 m²) can accommodate 1-5 people and features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, egg cooker), 2 separate bedrooms (1 double room with shower, 1 double room with a seating area and satellite TV), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with a magnificent view of Neustift and the Stubai mountains.
WLAN, parking, a drying room, storage space for sports equipment, a garden with barbecue facilities, a bread roll service, and weekly cleaning and linen change are included. Welcome to the "SONNENAUFGANG" apartment at Haus Gerlinde Danler, ideally situated in a peaceful location in the picturesque Kampl, a district of Neustift in the Stubaital.
The "SPAR" supermarket, bus stops, the local swimming lake with a children's playground, and the Kampler "Seestube" are all just a 2-3 minute walk away.
Perfect for enjoying the day and leaving everyday life behind. The Stubaital is a paradise for leisure activities, both in summer and winter.
It offers 4 mountain lifts, hiking and themed trails, via ferratas, high ropes/climbing gardens, and the Radroute 19 cycling path for exciting bike and cycling experiences.
In winter, there are 4 ski resorts with 58 slopes, a toboggan run, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths.
It's also an Eldorado for paragliders and hang gliders, and boasts the STUBAY water park and event venues.
Our house not only offers proximity to nature but also comfort for relaxing days.
