Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning in all rooms, which keeps the entire property cool. A fan is also provided. With the sea breeze, the house stays cool in summer.
A cot and high chair are also available.

The property offers a private outdoor area with a large garden and a pool surrounded by sun loungers.
There is also a covered terrace and an open terrace with furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air and sea views.
A gas barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.

The spacious Casa Sembat is located in Port Verd (Cala Bona), on the east coast of Mallorca, right by the sea, offering fantastic views and allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze throughout your stay.
Despite the quiet location of the house, everything essential is within walking or driving distance. There is a restaurant just 1 minute away on foot. A wide selection of shops and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive in Cala Bona or 10 minutes in the centre of Cala Millor.
Beach lovers will find several options nearby, such as the white sands of Cala Millor, just 5 minutes away by car.
Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are about 56 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bat Demar. The villa was spacious and beautifully presented, with comfortable bedrooms and all the amenities we needed. The outdoor area with the pool and terrace was perfect for relaxing after a day at the nearby beaches. The host communicated clearly and checked in on us to ensure everything was okay. Would happily return.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine dans cette villa. Les lits et les salles de bain étaient propres et confortables, et le salon était spacieux et accueillant. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à l’extérieur, près de la piscine et sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Excellente communication avec notre hôte et processus d’arrivée très simple. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastische Villa in einer ruhigen Lage in der Nähe von Son Servera. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte viel Platz für unsere Gruppe von acht Personen. Wir haben es geliebt, unseren eigenen Pool zu haben und abends auf der Terrasse zu essen. Die Lage machte es einfach, lokale Strände und Restaurants zu erkunden. Großartiges Urlaubserlebnis.
