The room, located on the second floor of a traditional "Angevin"-style house inhabited by the host, is close to training centers such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin swimming pool.
The city center and SNCF train station are about 20 minutes away and can be reached by bus (lines 1 and 7) in under 10 minutes.
The neighborhood is quiet and offers many nearby food shops. The private room on the second floor provides a peaceful and comfortable environment.
The bathroom, located on the first floor, is reserved exclusively for guests’ use. Please note that kitchen access is available for breakfast only.
Breakfast is included in the nightly rate and is self-service (help yourselves from the fridge). It includes bread, butter, homemade jam, rusks, tea, coffee, milk, and orange juice according to your preferences.

on nous avait proposé le petit déjeuner en option , ce qu'on à pris , mais enfaite de petit déjeuner il fallait
qu'on le prépare nous même, et il n'y avait ni pain frais ni jus de fruits ni viennoiseries , la chambre n'était pas équipé de TV et la salle de bain et toilette n'étaient pas au même étage
