Welcome to Port-Blanc, on the wild coast of the Côtes-d'Armor, in a house full of character ideally situated a stone's throw from the beaches and the sailing school. Formerly an annex to a hotel, this charming house is perfect for a family holiday, with board games and everything you need to feel at home. With a generous surface area of 200 m², it can accommodate up to 14 travellers (12 adults and 2 children) and offers spacious living areas as well as a large enclosed garden of 800 m², ideal for relaxing in the open air.

This house invites you to disconnect completely: it is deliberately not equipped with television or Wi-Fi, but 5G works.


Externally, the 800 m² enclosed garden surrounds the house. A 30m2 south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a large outdoor table, sun loungers and a gas griddle for summer meals. A table tennis table and beach games are available free of charge.


Cross the threshold of the house and discover a large, bright living room with a lounge and dining area that can seat up to 14 people. A wood-burning stove adds a cosy touch for those cooler evenings. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and all the small appliances you need. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are available. There is also a second living room, which can be used as a games room or reading room, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.


The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor. One double bedroom has direct access to the garden (bed 140x190 cm), a second double bedroom has a bed 140x190 cm, and a third bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190 cm), ideal for children. A shower room with shower, two basins and WC completes this space.


Upstairs, you'll find five further bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x190 cm) and washbasin, two others have a single bed (90x190 cm) and washbasin, and the last bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) with washbasin. There is also a study/library/games room, as well as a shower room with washbasin and separate WC.


Parking is possible in the courtyard in front of the house (4-5 cars).
