The famous painter Ludwig Kirchner immortalized this alley and its houses in his 1908 painting "Bauernhäuser." The house is in close proximity to the center of Burg with its historic church, lovely shops, good restaurants, the town hall marketplace, and a cinema.
Bike rental and an ice cream parlor are just a few steps away.
Numerous cycling and hiking trails lead from the house around the island.
The South Beach with its wide sandy beach is nearby, and the harbor of Burgstaaken is also quickly accessible.

Steile Treppe und enge Türe in die die obere Wohnung. Für ältere Leute nicht geeignet, Dusche sehr klein.

Die FeWo ist perfekt für zwei Personen, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Von dort aus ist es nicht weit zum Meer und das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Die gesamte Organisation per E.Mail hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden immer rechtzeit...
Auch wenn die Kommunikation per E-Mail super geklappt hat, wäre uns der persönliche Kontakt lieber gewesen. So bleibt es eher "anonym". Aber das ist "Klagen auf hohem Niveau" und nur ein winziger Kritikpunkt. ;-)

Gesucht habe ich eine Ferienwohnung, die mir als Startpunkt für Ausflüge genauso dient wie als Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter (was im April nun mal vorkommen kann). Dementsprechend war ich mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig waren auch Einkäufe locker möglich...
Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz einfach, wofür aber die Vermieterin nichts kann.
Vor dem Haus ist nur das Halten zum Be- und Entladen erlaubt. Die angrenzenden Plätze bzw. Straße haben viele Bewohnerparkplätze. Wahrscheinlich hat man nur eine Chance einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden, wenn...
