Pawson House has been tastefully furnished to ensure your complete comfort during your holiday in York. The two double bedrooms have dressing areas, perfect for getting ready for a day at the races or a night out in York. With large comfortable beds in both bedrooms, you are assured of a great night’s sleep, making sure that you are ready to make the most of the next day exploring the Museums, City Walls, Theatres etc that are all less than 20 mins walk from your peaceful hideaway.
The spacious living area has a fully fitted kitchen with everything that you need to prepare a sumptuous holiday breakfast or delicious evening meal that you can enjoy in the dining area, with a table that very comfortably sits four people. The seating area has a large screen smart tv with Netfilx installed for you to enjoy, should you choose to have a cosy night in.
For those lovely summer days and evenings there is an outside area with table and chairs for alfresco dining using the BBQ provided. Alternatively you may want to have a glass of wine there, before heading into the centre of York, making the most of all the fantastic restaurants and bars that are ready to welcome you.

This two bedroom Coach House has been beautifully finished, providing the most comfortable of hideaways for your break in the Historic City of York. It has a light and bright living area encompassing a fully fitted kitchen with everything that you need to treat yourself to a holiday breakfast or a sumptuous dinner. A comfortable seating area and a dining table that easily sits four. This is all complimented by two wonderfully appointed, comfortable bedrooms, one a king size and the other either a super king or twin. There is also an outside BBQ area and parking. All situated in gated privacy, providing peace and tranquillity yet a mere 16 minutes walk away form the steps of York Minster.

Enjoyable stay in Pawson House. We particularly liked the location and the secure parking space. Unfortunately, we had an issue in that we had no access to hot water on the first morning of our stay but, after a few calls, this was resolved by the Management Company by mid afternoon. Good service provided by Stays York.
