Het prachtige uitzicht, de zeer complete keuken en de rust en privacy.
De buitenkant van het huisje verdient een upgrade , verven van hout en updaten van balkon zou dit huis veel goed doen.binnen daarin tegen is het sanitair en de keuken gemoderniseerd, zijn de meubels oud maar heel netjes en sfeervol
