The accommodation is centrally located in Merano and offers a bedroom for two adults, a spacious living room with a large sofa, a quiet balcony, and a private garage.

The accommodation consists of a bright living-kitchen area and a bedroom with a private bathroom – both rooms are very bright and tastefully furnished.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday in South Tyrol: stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
The apartment's location is particularly convenient: the historic center of Merano and the Passer promenade can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
The apartment is located on the second floor and can be comfortably reached by elevator or stairs.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is only permitted with written confirmation from MUSE.office.
Without such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made on the same day as arrival, check-in is only allowed from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties accept pets.
Guests must inform MUSE.holiday via a separate email if they intend to bring pets.
Where permitted, a fee of €15.00 per animal per night applies. Crib, high chair, and bed rail: These items are available upon request at an additional cost and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7:00 PM: Late check-in is possible only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is subject to the presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card. Use of Heating and Air Conditioning (If available): Heating operates from October to April but will not be activated if outdoor temperatures exceed 15°C or if indoor temperatures reach or exceed 21°C.
Air conditioning operates from June to September but will not be activated if outdoor temperatures drop below 25°C or if indoor temperatures reach or fall below 23°C. Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in the property listing.
Where permitted, reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday is required, and additional costs may apply. Charges for Energy Waste: Unnecessary use of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or using heating with open windows, will incur additional charges. Ventilation Requirement: Guests must ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for at least five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in charges for mold removal, if detected upon departure. Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi service may be intermittent or slow, and a continuous connection cannot be guaranteed. Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap.
Any items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during your stay. Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide pre-authorization for a security deposit of €500 via credit card at check-in. Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover standard cleaning only.
Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of waste at designated collection points.
