Located in Lanvellec, Côtes-d'Armor, Ty Nevez Cottage offers a peaceful 60 m² holiday home for up to 4 guests, between countryside and sea. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles—and a bathroom with shower cabin plus separate WC. A baby cot is available.
The private oak kitchen is fully equipped with a pyrolytic oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
You also have a private TV, washing machine, and laundry room.
The bright living room features a decorative fireplace. Enjoy your own south-facing, fully fenced 4000 m² garden with trees, ensuring privacy.
The private, uncovered terrace is perfect for relaxing out of sight.
Hiking trails start directly from the property. There are 2 shared parking spaces accessible via a communal gate.
Pets are welcome.
Parties are not allowed. Lanvellec village is 2 km away, with a rich heritage including several chapels and the Château de Rosanbo, known for its French gardens designed by Lenôtre. Musical events take place year-round, including an early music festival and a village fête every two years.
A 24-hour bread dispenser is near the town hall, and there’s a local produce market every Tuesday evening.
For shopping, Plouaret is 7 km away (shops and market on Tuesday morning). Beaches are 8 km away; Plestin-les-Grèves is 8 km, Lannion 15 km, golf 24 km, and swimming pool 18 km. The coast is just 7 km away. Electricity is included from June to September.
The rest of the year, a daily allowance of 10 kWh is included; any usage above this is at your expense.

Gîte parfait et au calme. Nous sommes toujours accueillis chaleureusement et nous passons à chaque fois un séjour reposant et agréable. Le propriétaire est sympathique et il aime faire plaisir à ses locataires. Nous recommandons vivement Ty Nevez à Lanvellec.
