Zweckmäßige und neue Ausstattung des Bades. Funktionale Küchenzeile. Gute Ausstattung mit Hand- und Geschirrtüchern und Putzmitteln sowie Reinigungsequipment.
4.Bett nur Notbett. Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, bzw.. Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer. Keine Schüsseln, wenig Trinkgefässe (nur 4 Tassen) und keine Schneidebretter. Wenig Haken im Bad. Keine Nutzung der Waschmaschine.
