Guest house in an old Flemish-style country house in the town of Coutiches.
The 12m² "Tilia" bedroom is located upstairs and has a 140x190 bed, a shower (75x75 cm vintage cabin,) independent sanibroyeur WC.
The breakfast room and the kitchenette are located on the ground floor, breakfast is made up mostly of local products.
Fully enclosed common garden of 1000 m2, will allow you to relax with the possibility of parking in the private car park in front of the house. Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to her guest house “La Coticia” located in Coutiches, a small village in the heart of the Scarpe-Escaut regional natural park.
In the center of the Lille Valenciennes Douai triangle and 30 minutes from Tournai in Belgium. It is ideally located in a pleasant rural setting where there are small shops 200m away.
In front of the house, we have the departure of the circuit of the chapels of Coutiches of 16 km, which can be traveled on foot or by bike.
There are also many leisure and wellness areas as well as a rich and varied heritage.
The village of Coutiches, near Orchies, 3 minutes from the Lille-Valenciennes motorway exit (A23). Its asset: quiet in the countryside and close to urban life, 20 minutes from Lille…Bruges and Brussels at around 1 hour.
