Le Reve Chamant, is a luxurious beach cottage (villa) in the exclusive neighborhood of Martinique on the Gulf. It is just 20 yards from the clubhouse, which has an indoor & outdoor pool. A golf cart is provided to take you to the beach & beach-side pool. This single-level, 2 BR, 2 BA home has 1300 sf, featuring an open layout, well-equipped kitchen, WIFI, washer/ dryer, & a serene screened-in patio, & sleeps 7. The home is 11 miles from Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores & 9 miles from Historic Fort Morgan.
The Space:
Le Reve Chamant is the ideal space for your next family beach vacation. This beautifully decorated home has two bedrooms and two baths, and can comfortably sleep 7 guests in beds. The open floor plan consists of a spacious living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area. We have both a Keurig and normal drip coffee maker. The large private master suite has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom can sleep 3 guests in the Captain’s bunk, which is a twin bed over a full bed. Other great features of Le Reve Chamant include 10-foot ceilings, a tranquil screened patio with a gas grill, full-sized washer and dryer, and wireless internet. This home comes with a golf cart for easy beach access. Must have a driver's license to operate the golf cart or it will be confiscated by on-site security and you will be fined $500. HOA rules allow only two vehicles, which must be parked in the designated and displaying a parking pass. If you have a third or fourth vehicle, there is a pay lot about a mile before Martinique on the north side of Ft Morgan Road.

From Hwy 59, the exclusive Martinique on the Gulf subdivision is located 11 miles down Fort Morgan Road. Martinique is the quintessential resort community offering 600 feet of sugar-white sand beaches at your doorstep, two onsite clubhouses, tennis courts, a fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, bike paths, and more.
Getting Around:
We provide a four-person golf cart for easy traveling within the confines of Martinique. Please note that you must have a valid driver's license to operate the cart.
Other Things to Note:
This home is NOT directly on the beach. It is a beach-side community but the home is 0.3 miles from the beach.
The nearest grocery store is 10 miles away.
Martinique is a secluded beach side development and is about 20 minutes from the entertainment, dining, and shopping areas in Gulf Shores.
This home comes with a golf cart for easy beach access. Must have drivers license to operate golf cart or it will be confiscated by the on-site security and guest will be fined $500. Guest are responsible for ANY damage to cart.
Any vehicle not parked in the driveway (i.e.: along street, etc.) will be fined $50.
HOA allows for 2 vehicles MAX. There is a public gated lot one mile to the east if needed.
