This offer does not constitute a residential lease and cannot be used as a primary or permanent residence.
The service is strictly limited to stays for holiday purposes.
Stays for work, professional, academic, medical, or healthcare reasons, temporary situations awaiting the availability of housing or return to a primary residence, or any other similar uses that imply a housing need are expressly excluded.
Documentation proving the holiday nature of the stay will be required, as well as a signed declaration confirming this purpose.
The minimum stay is 32 nights.
Automatic extensions and consecutive stays for residential purposes are not permitted.
The service includes mandatory bi-weekly cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, concierge service by phone or email every day of the year, complimentary technical maintenance, Wi-Fi, and utilities up to a maximum of €100 per month.
Additional services are available upon request, such as laundry, cribs and high chairs, airport/train station/port transfers, and a minibar with a selection of wines.
The inclusion of regular services qualifies the contract as a lodging service.
The price is fixed per stay and includes VAT (10%). An itemized invoice will be issued in accordance with current tax regulations.
A credit card hold will be required as a security deposit (AMEX is not accepted). Passports or identity documents for all occupants must be presented, and the service agreement must be signed before arrival.
Non-Tourist Registration Number: ESFCNT0000080720002853760000000000000000000000000007 Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations or modifications made less than 45 days in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.
