The nearest metro station, Jardim do Morro (line D), is just a 6-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

The place is relatively small but extremely well located and has everything that you might need. The view is the biggest selling point and it delivers from any point of the day, as even in the morning the view is stunning. The host support is also very strong and incredibly reliable.

It's right under the São Luis Bridge. If you're aiming for a tour of the anvil gardens and port wineries rather than a tour of Porto city centre, there's no better place to stay. The night view is great, the room is spacious, the boiler and air conditioning work well without smelling bad, and we had a great stay and enjoyed our trip!

Nice place
: The location is perfect, the view is amazing, everything is very clean and nice, easy arrival.
At night being close to the tourist area you hear a bit of noise as well as the metro every time it passes over the bridge, the sofa bed was a bit old.
