The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and bright, with direct access to the garden, creating an inviting space for socializing and relaxation throughout the day.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, offering a practical and comfortable solution for guests who prefer easier accessibility.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, providing a more private and pleasant atmosphere, with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, ensuring additional privacy and comfort, ideal for accommodating more guests in a balanced way.
The kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and practical, designed to facilitate meal preparation during your stay.
Outside, Villa Vivara features a private terrace with a lounge area and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals.
Direct access to the garden and shared pool provides a pleasant environment to enjoy sunny days.
Villa Vivara is located in the Alto do Golfe Urbanization, in Vilamoura, in a quiet and sought-after area, close to the beach, the marina, golf courses, restaurants, and various leisure options.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
An additional charge will apply for the 9th and 10th guest, which includes an extra bed.

We had a fantastic stay in this stylish villa. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the terrace with direct pool access made our holiday even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at Algarbe restaurant.
