Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll. Der Kamin und die große Glasfront, sowie die integrierten historischen Gebäudeteile schaffen ein einmaliges Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist schön hell. Es ist empfehlenswert eine Schlafmaske mitzubringen, wenn man nicht im Hellen schlafen kann und Ohropax, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist (Bahngleise).
Die nahe Lage zum Markt und zur Elbe .

Die Mischung der Unterkunft aus Alt und Neu.
Der Panoramablick durch die große Glasfasade. Im Sommerhalbjahr sicher sehr schön.
Parkmöglichkeiten nur auf gut Glück möglich .
Heizung im Winterhalbjahr nicht ausreichend , bedingt durch die große Glasfasade !
Man kann den Kamin dazu betreiben, hat dabei aber den tüpischen Abgasgeruch . Zum späteren Schlafen nicht geeignet. Spüle hatte kein Warmwasser , nach längeren laufen lassen.
Pirna ist sicherlich ein Ausflug wert, Dresden ist nur ca. 20 km entf.

Die zentrale Lage
Generell ist die Wohnung schmutzig, ist wird nur dort gekehrt, wo der Pfarrer entlang geht. Wo der Balkon sein soll, frag ich mich. Der Ort, wo nur ein Stuhl hingeht?
Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen - das hätte man bei der Reinigung der Dusche sehen müssen. Die Toilette war so schmutzig, die hat noch nie in ihrem Leben Urinsteinlöser gesehen - denn damit muss man nun ran...
