Très bien équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (salon et table de jardin). Au calme et sécurisé dans la propriété des hôtes. Proche des circuits vélo et des commerces de Soubise. Très bon acceuil.
Il peut y faire chaud la nuit, mais les propriétaires ont prévu d'y remédier.
