The nearest bus station, Escultor Josep Capuz (imparell) - La Plata, is just a 3-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This charming 120 m2 property offers a comfortable and cosy space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, as two can use the couch bed.
This space is designed with an open plan living area and kitchen. It has a large living room with smart TV and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Please note that the flat is suitable for 6 people, where 2 will have to sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.
The open plan kitchen is ideal for socialising and sharing meals, fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery, plus all the necessary appliances.
The modern master bedroom features a double bed, a dressing room and plenty of storage space, and has a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally cosy, with two single beds and a large wardrobe.
At the end of the corridor, there is a well-equipped common bathroom with free towels and toiletries.
There is a nice terrace to enjoy the sun and the beautiful weather of Valencia.
There is also a washing machine and other essential items/equipment to make your stay more comfortable.
Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival.
