Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Av. del Cid, is just a 10-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.
Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.
Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher to make cleanup easy, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of any laundry needs during your stay.
The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom also includes a double bed, while the third has a single bed—making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups.
All beds are made up of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
If you're travelling with a baby, a crib is also available for your convenience.

The flat has been refurbished and has everything
you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for a long two weeks and they were able to meet all our needs and adapt to any circumstances that arose during our stay. We highly recommend this place, which is very well looked after.

Just returned after a good stay at this apartment. Easy to find and in a good location near a metro station to/from airport and city centre. Near shops and supermarkets. A quiet apartment which we appreciated. Overall, a good stay.

Simply wonderful: I got exactly what the stay promised, apart from the fact that we were able to walk to all the places of interest. The shower area was small but very functional.
