We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Situated in the eastern part of the city, it offers a harmonious blend of residential tranquillity and urban amenities. The neighbourhood is known for its orderly grid layout, designed by the renowned urban planner Arturo Soria in the early 20th century. The streets are wide and tree-lined, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. One of the highlights of Ciudad Lineal is its abundance of green spaces and parks. The Parque de la Alameda de Osuna is a large and beautiful park that offers recreational areas, gardens, and picturesque paths. It is a fantastic place to relax and escape the urban bustle.

El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Es muy limpio. Encontramos aparcamiento gratuito justo fuera del piso. La calefacción y aire acondicionado muy eficiente. Nevera grande y cocina muy bien equipada.
