This small, detached house with approx. 40 m² of living space spread over two levels is located in an absolutely quiet, sunny hillside position in the Carmine Inferiore district, about 2 km south of Cannobio.
Surrounded by palm trees, Mediterranean plants, and a well-maintained garden with a terrace, a year-round saltwater pool, and a panoramic balcony, you can enjoy an undisturbed view over the lake to the mountains on the opposite shore.
The stylish interior, the modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a friendly bathroom make this house a place where you will immediately feel at home.
Thanks to a well-thought-out room layout and separate sleeping and living areas, "Casa Samara" is perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who still want individual retreats.
A hiking trail starts directly on the property.
The charming old town of Cannobio, the weekly market, cafes, boutiques, as well as Cannero Riviera with its promenade and boat connections are quickly accessible.
A special highlight: The entire house control – from lighting and pool to security cameras – is managed via a provided iPad with SmartHome connectivity.

The covered parking space above the house offers secure comfort for your car. To protect the Bio-Pozzo system and the environment, we provide our guests with biodegradable cleaning agents and cellulose toilet paper.
