Located in Meusnes, Le Clos Majanpie villa offers two separate 16 m² bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: the Rose Room with a 160x200 cm double bed for 2 people, and the Yellow Room with two 80x200 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 160x200 cm double bed if needed.
The Yellow Room is available in addition from the 3rd guest onwards and cannot be rented alone.
The villa features a bathroom, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and breakfast is included in your stay.
Enjoy homemade jams produced on site. Relax in the garden or in the heated outdoor pool.
The pool water is bromine-treated and kept between 26 and 28°C. Please bring your own bathrobes. On-site parking is available in a quiet and secure environment.
You will be the only guests during your stay, ensuring complete privacy.
A shared bike storage room is also available.
Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Each morning, a generous breakfast will be served in the veranda overlooking the pool to start your day right.

Très bon accueil, nous avons passé une excellente soirée et nuit, le petit déjeuner était très copieux avec plusieurs choses faites maison. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un court séjour de 2 nuitées à l'occasion de la visite du zoo de Beauval.
Ayant l'habitude des chambres d'hôtes, nous garderons un excellent souvenir du Clos Majanpie.
C'est une adresse à recommander pour des motards qui veulent se détendre à la piscine et où votre moto sera dans un lieu sécurisé. Annie & François.
