There you will find a spacious and comfortable corner sofa to relax and enjoy the ocean and mountain views, a 55-inch Smart TV for friendly cinema evenings and a dining table for six people. Terrace Water the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Güímar Valley from the south facing terrace. Outdoor pool and patio With its warm atmosphere, its native plants from the Canary Islands and its many lounge corners, you will certainly spend many moments outdoors. The elegantly designed swimming pool is heated to a pleasant temperature of 23 to 25 °C and measures 6 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.8 to 0.5 meters. For a break after swimming, sit comfortably on one of the sun loungers or relax on the sofa and armchairs in the relaxation area under the bioclimatic pergola. Main Chamber It has a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps to read in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings.
A door leads to the pool patio. Ensuite bathroom The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower, a washbasin, a bidet and toilet.
A wooden bench is at your disposal for your business, where you will find your towels upon arrival. A toilet seat reducer and a walker for the comfort of your children are installed in the closet of the adjoining bathroom. Second Chamber This elegantly decorated second bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps to read in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings.
You access the front terrace from the second bedroom. Third Chamber This room has a double bed (150 x 190 cm). It has a wardrobe and a door overlooking the pool terrace (you can also lock it for more security). All rooms are equipped with occult blinds to allow you to make the morning fat or nap (ideal for the nap of your baby or toddler!) and ceiling fans for the summer months. Bathroom The main bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower, sink and toilet. Other important information: Arrival/departure The arrival is from 4 pm and departure before 11 am. For convenience, we will provide you with a safe access code so that you can retrieve your keys and make your arrival at any time after 4 p.m. Online arrival before your arrival In accordance with the Spanish decree on holiday rentals in force, we ask all guests over the age of 18 to present their identity documents before their arrival.

Please avoid using them to wipe splashes, dirt or make-up. In case of stains, we reserve the right to charge replacement fees. We provide a bath towel, a towel and a beach towel per person, as well as a towel per bathroom.
If you wish to change your towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please inform us and we will be happy to arrange it. Mid-stay household If you want a mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at a rate of €20 per hour (minimum 3 hours). Do not hesitate to contact us to take care of it. Families We warmly welcome families traveling with babies and offer a baby kit on request to travel light and comfortable.

For an optimal experience, we recommend you head to the left end of the beach, where the sand is thinner, the ocean calmer and the sun more present in the evening. Next to the beach is the Parque de Guadamojete, a vast park with outdoor sports facilities and a large walking area.
A playground is also available for smaller children. Besides the many small supermarkets in the area, you will find many shopping opportunities nearby.
Within an 8-minute drive you will find a Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket, as well as a large shopping centre with international brands. This accommodation is distributed by a professional.
