Environnement calme, accès à la piscine et à plusieurs espaces de jeux et activités. Ambiance conviviale et détendue.
Il manque un peu d'entretien général, beaucoup d'objets abandonnés à plusieurs endroits du domaine, meubles bancals et tringles à rideaux qui se décrochent. Nettoyage autour et au fond de la piscine à faire quotidiennement.
